Revisited: Takasuzu

I was looking through my pictures from my stay in Japan, and I thought I should post some of the images I never used.

During Gion Shirakawa Yoizakura, I was able to take as many photographs as I wanted of the maiko Takasuzu amidst the lovely cherry blossoms of Shimbashi Street. In this one, she is standing next to the famous Tatsumi Shrine. Just recently, Takasuzu had her Erikae ceremony, in which she turned the collar and became one of the loveliest geiko in Gion Kobu.
