Coveted Wafuku 10

This is part of my Coveted Wafuku Series, dedicated to the beautiful kimono that I want but shall never have.

This is a Taisho Period Furisode featuring cranes flying over pines and a bay with fishing boats. I fought really hard for this one, but in the end someone out there was willing to spend way more than me, and it went way out of my price range in the last two hours of the auction. I was rather melancholy for a while afterwards, because the ones I covet the most are the ones that were almost mine.
